Founded almost 20 years ago, by Phil Tate, as an electrical business, Tate Partnerships has developed into a “One stop shop” catering for all building and facility management needs within the education, health, commercial, social housing and facility management sectors.
We offer complete construction, maintenance, refurbishment, decoration, electrical, heating & mechanical, flooring, joinery and facility management solutions, whilst maintaining our core values of delivering works on time, to budget, to the required quality and in a safe and healthy manner.
Our five divisions are managed from our Head Office in Doncaster along with our recently opened Service Centre in Leeds, these are ideally situated, allowing us to cover the geographical areas of North, South, East & West Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, East Midlands, the North East and the North West.
We directly employ all our technicians, who are all issued with corporate branded company uniform, vans and Identification badges, they are equipped with mobile telephones and have undergone CSCS Health & Safety, asbestos awareness and customer care training. As we work in areas where we often come into contact with vulnerable adults and children, all of our technicians have Enhanced CRB checks carried out.
